At the initiative of the Executive Body of the State Power of Dushanbe, a press tour event to explore the tourism infrastructure of the capital and an awards ceremony for the competitions "Best Tourist Poster of Dushanbe" and "Best Tourist Photograph of Dushanbe" were held with great pomp and ceremony.
At the beginning of the event, the Deputy Mayor of Dushanbe, Dilbar Odilzoda, delivered a speech, stating that Dushanbe, as the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan, is the main political, economic, cultural, and educational center of the country, and the development and progress of the republic are closely tied to the growth of the capital.
It was also emphasized that in honor of the 33rd anniversary of the state independence of Tajikistan, Dushanbe has undergone a complete transformation, thanks to the initiatives and care of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the determination and efforts of the leadership of the Executive Body of the State Power of Dushanbe. The capital has earned its rightful place among the major cities of the region, becoming a venue for high-level political, economic, sports, public, tourism, cultural, and scientific events.
To achieve this status, the city's infrastructure has been fully upgraded, with rapid construction of administrative and residential buildings, hotels and restaurants, recreational parks, educational and cultural institutions, sports facilities, urban roads and bridges, improved transportation services, green and spacious streets and boulevards, peaceful surroundings, and the positive attitude of its citizens.
Following this, the winners of the aforementioned competitions were awarded prizes. The winners of the "Best Tourism Video of Dushanbe" competition, which was held in two categories: "Legal Entities" and "Individuals," were determined and honored. In the "Individuals" category, Dilbar Najmiddinzoda took first place, Saeed Ahmad Saidov took second place, and Firdavs Bobonazarov took third place.
In the "Legal Entities" category, the first place was awarded to the State Institution "Dushanbe Television," second place to the limited liability company "Shokhtur," and third place to the limited liability company "Somon Travel."
The winners of the "Best Tourist Photograph of Dushanbe" competition were also determined and recognized. The best tourist photograph was awarded to photographer Didar Sadulloev, who took first place. Shahrokh Nasirzoda won second place, and Farrukh Fayzullodzoda took third place.
The winners of the competitions received 5,000 somoni for first place, 3,000 somoni for second place, and 2,000 somoni for third place.
It is worth noting that before the event, a sightseeing tour for journalists to the picturesque locations of Dushanbe was organized.
