"Urban Planning Office"

The Urban Planning Office is part of the central apparatus of the Committee for Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. In its activities, it is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Urban Planning Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Public Service," regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and international legal documents recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan. The policies in the field of architecture and urban planning are implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Committee, the regulations of the Urban Planning Office, and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, following relevant regulatory legal acts, directions, and instructions from the Committee’s leadership.
