To enhance the knowledge, skills, and qualifications of public servants in the field of migration policy, an advanced training course was launched on the program "State Policy on Labor Migration in the Republic of Tajikistan."
The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, in his annual messages to the Supreme Majlis and other programmatic speeches, consistently emphasizes the need for training highly qualified personnel with a broad worldview, deep professional and political knowledge, managerial skills, and organizational abilities. The Leader of the Nation also focuses on developing responsibility, patriotism, language proficiency, and the use of modern technologies among public servants.
In this context, in accordance with the Plan-schedule for advanced training, retraining, and internships for public servants for the year 2025, approved by the decision of the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, this course was opened for leading specialists, senior specialists, and specialists from the structures of the Migration Service in the regions and cities of the country.
The opening ceremony of the course was attended by representatives of high-profile government institutions, including the Deputy Director of the Civil Service Agency, Khilolbi Qurbanzoda Jumakhon, the First Deputy Rector of the Academy of Public Administration, Firdavs Jalil Odinzoda, and the Deputy Head of the Department – Head of the Internal Migration and Ecology Department of the Migration Service, Khayriddin Mahmadulozoda, who delivered speeches.
During the course, which will last 46 hours from April 14 to 19, 2025, participants will familiarize themselves with the content of the state migration policy, its legal, social, economic, and international aspects, and strengthen their professional skills.
Upon completion of the course, a roundtable will be held, and participants will receive "Certificates."
